Hypnotherapy is offered to anyone wanting to work on reducing anxiety, symptoms of trauma, improving memory and concentration, or any other issue.

Webinars are customized and offered on a variety of topics for parents, teachers, and professionals.

A MindPrint Assessment objectively measures how a student learns best and provides strategies personalized to a student’s learning strengths and needs. Just like a fingerprint, each student has a unique “MindPrint'' that provides clear insight into how a student learns most efficiently and what supports will help them succeed. The Mindprint Assessment measures the cognitive skills most closely correlated to success in academics and on standardized tests.

The online, self-administered MindPrint Assessment is not like school standardized tests. It is a series of nine puzzle-like activities and unlike traditional school tests, it has no reading comprehension or math problems. It typically takes less than one hour to complete, but we recommend reserving at least 75 minutes of quiet, uninterrupted time so your child has all the time they need to show their best work without being rushed. All your child needs is a desktop or laptop computer (no phone or tablet) and a quiet place with no interruptions.

If you want more information on MindPrint, here are some additional FAQs.

Client and Professional Testimonials

2016

I am pleased to write this letter of strong recommendation for Fawzya Khosti. She's worked with our son for several months, and during that time, her positive impact has been clear. Fawzya is an out-of-the-box thinker, and is constantly coming up with new ways to help our son. She also excels at listening to him and what he's interested in, and then forming plans to incorporate those interests into what she's likely to work on - from electricity to the human body to space she has a seemingly endless capacity for teaching both content material, but also life skills. She challenges our son to think for himself and to try to figure things out, but she's also always ready with a hint or a suggestion to help him along.
Fawzya has also been a keen observer of our son - she's given us a number of ideas of ways to continue to help him. She's quickly picked up on his personality, his likes and dislikes, his preferred activities, and is able to enjoy those with him while simultaneously expanding his horizons and perspectives.
Perhaps the most important thing I can saw about Fawzya is how much our son adores being with her. It's often said that kids can tell who's a good person and who's not; who's kind and authentic and who's just faking it. When Fawzya rings the doorbell , our son goes running to let her in. His little sister is also often right behind, equally excited to see her, and sit in Fawzya's lap while she and our son are working on something. And no matter how long Fawzya and our son are together, when it's time to leave, he always begs for more time with her. For these and countless other reasons, I cannot speak highly enough and recommend strongly enough Fawzya Khosti. She is a wonderful person and a truly talented coach who's made a significant positive difference in our family's life.

Since our son started working with Fawzya, we have noticed improvements in several areas. Our son is highly intelligent and extremely disorganized, and his grades and attitude toward school had always been very poor. With Fawzya's help, he has learned to plan ahead for assignments; something that he had never done before. He has learned valuable organizational and planning skills that he regularly uses in school and at home. We have seen a marked improvement in his ability to cope at school: staying on top of work, getting assignments completed, and turning them in on time. These are all contributing factors to the improvement we've seen in his grades, and more importantly, an improvement in his confidence in himself and attitude toward school. We highly recommend Fawzya as an Executive Function Coach.
Sincerely, Brad & Lisa  H. (Parents of a 13 year old)

For me, thinking specifically about how I struggle with time management helped me call myself out on my tendency to procrastinate while I was studying. I think asking myself those questions allowed me to gain self awareness while actively doing something that may have impeded me from learning.

I was a rock star student in high school. Knowing myself freshman year I would have not taken this class...knowing what I know now I wish I had the opportunity to take this class before I started college.

Fawzya has been an amazing help not only to my son but for me. I have has run ins with schools and teachers on behalf of my son. He has difficulty staying motivated and on task with no support from his school, so I heard about the amazing work Fawzya has done for other kids facing the same problems and had to see if she could help him. She has been working with my son for over a month, she has giving me so much hope. My son listens and follows what she says and seems more motivated. Fawzya is giving him skills that has made him become more independent and want to be more successful. She is also supporting me by monitoring my son so I do not always have to be on him about his school work  and other reminders, which takes a lot of stress off of us. I feel like I have someone that is on my child's side for once. I appreciate Fawzya's patience and seeing the best in my son.
Sincerely,  Cara M. (parent of high school student) - January 2018

The start of the school year always proves challenging for my ADD son. Keeping things organized, staying up to date on assignments, and turning in completed work were all daunting tasks. The executive functions aspect of school are the most arduous for him. This is what prompted me, a teacher, to reach our for help. Needless to say, this school year has been a success! My son will be making honor roll because he has this great strategic support and guidance. Fawzya is a blessing!

My husband and I will be forever grateful for the teaching and coaching Fawzya provided for our daughter during her senior year of high school. Fawzya identified which skills were most important for her to work on and was always encouraging. She communicated well with me as a parent, letting me know what they were working on and she was a huge encouragement to me as well. Advice as to how to become organized or how to attack school work was so much easier for our daughter to accept from a neutral third party than from her parents. In fact, she told us, “If I were middle-aged right now, Fawzya would be one of my best friends.”   Michelle C. (Parent of 18 year old) - September 2019

I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to get on the right path.

I have learned so many new tools to help me grow professionally.
Fawzya's techniques and coaching have been invaluable. In the 6-week time of working together we have made a lot of progress. I am so excited to implement and change my business as a result. Definitely recommend her to people who need help with time management and organization. Skills they don't teach in school.

I'm a meditation teacher, and I experienced hypnosis for the first time with Fawzya. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I thought it would be something similar to meditation... but hypnosis was SO different! I would best describe the hypnosis experience as something like getting a very relaxing and deep massage for the brain. The theme I did with her was for "deep relaxation," and I came out of the session seriously feeling SO relaxed. My stress and tension melted away from a deep level in my mind. It was incredible. It was so different from meditation. She took me into my unconscious mind beyond thoughts and emotions and gave me a space for my brain to relax- away from the busy-ness of daily life. From my experience, I would say the difference between hypnosis and meditation is that meditation is more for making my energy bright, while hypnosis is more for going deep inside of myself and looking inward. I highly recommend Fawzya!

My 9-year old has been working with Fawzya for 6 months. During that time, I have seen significant improvements in my daughter. There have been improvements with her impulse control and emotional control at home and at school. She has become less anxious at home and at school. Her organizational skills have improved, which allows her to work more independently and be more responsible for her schoolwork. Additionally, Fawzya has been very helpful in working with school faculty and administration to resolve issues and help them understand how to best teach my child. Fawzya has gone above and beyond in being available outside of my daughter's appointments when assistance is needed with impulse and emotional regulation issues at home.

I have been able to make far quicker decisions than I was able to before doing the meetings (with Fawzya). Before, during heated discussions and fast paced scenarios (such as driving a car) my brain would get overloaded and I would not be able to make decisions quick enough at all. Now, I am fully capable of doing that.

I have been working with Fawzya for a little over a year now and i have notice significant changes. First has been organizing my thoughts. I used to only remember things i wrote down now i can remember things teachers said verbally in class. I’m also getting better at managing my time because of this. This has allowed me to set a high standard for my grades and it has definitely paid off.

Fawzya Khosti of Fawzya Khosti, Executive Function Coach, LLC and I met while networking with a group of mutual colleagues. Over the past year and a half, I have had numerous opportunities to interact with Fawzya. I have enjoyed our time speaking with parents at Fusion Academy, and I have enjoyed the opportunity to be a guest on her radio show as well as writing articles for her magazine, Executive Function Magazine.

Fawzya is extremely professional and has tremendous integrity in everything she does. She clearly has had and continues to have a positive impact on our community of professionals as well as the community she has built on her own through her clients, radio show, and magazine.  I especially appreciate the fact that she gives to others freely without expecting anything in return.

I wish her much success and am thrilled to write this letter on her behalf.

Fawzya has been a game changer for my daughter, Hannah.  The changes in Hannah’s ability to organize her thoughts and problem solve have been amazing! This has also helped Hannah be more successful in school and learn to better focus her energy.  The greatest gift has been watching Hannah’s attitude about herself and her abilities change.  She now believes in herself and her self talk has become much more positive!  She knows now that she can do hard things!

Before I started executive functioning (coaching) it was as it everything was cramped into an unorganized drawer. Through multiple, different practices I have been able to start "organizing" the information in my head like a well filed cabinet. Everything is sharper and my grades have improved, the slow but effective process has changed the way that process information; or file it in my head.

Your Success is Our Success!

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is that everyone is different, and we must customize a program to meet our student's individual needs. We teach to mastery and model skillsets so that the student is clear on what is expected of them. We may work on one skill longer that another skill, as we work on a specific skill until the student has mastered it. Moving forward too soon can create gaps in a student’s learning and may cause issues with learning more complex skills later. We teach at the student’s pace.

Our Mission, Vision, and Goals

Mission: To improve a student's quality of life by identifying and assessing their challenges and providing appropriate recommendations that promote success.

Vision: To improve the lives of our students, one challenge at a time.

Goals: To identify and evaluate every student's executive function challenges, and to provide customized recommendations that promote success.
